01 / Video Consultation
For a new rug
Send your room dimensions, furniture layout, colors, budget, and links to pieces you like. Tell us which details you want to see, such as the border, pile, back, or how the colors change with the light.
For cleaning or restoration
Share clear photographs before the call. We can discuss visible concerns and arrange inspection where needed. A video conversation cannot establish every material, dye, or structural issue.
03 / Video Consultation
A useful conversation, without guesswork
Screens and lighting change color. Measurements and condition details should be confirmed before purchase or approval of work. Request samples or an in-person viewing where appropriate.
Request a time
Use the inquiry form with your preferred days and the reason for the call. We will reply to coordinate; no appointment is confirmed automatically.
